• Managing customers queries and dealing with any issues which arise
• Sending out customer orders
• Sales: giving customers relevant advice
• Proactive Inventory management making sure stock counts are correct and fulfilling
• retail orders from webstock when needed
• Diary management for GM and directors
• Researching and presenting information across a broad range of topics from
costings to website data
• Sending out newsletter via the website when needed
• Assisting in sending out relevant PR and sales information to online and offline press
• Assisting in sending out information needed for PR, sales and accounts
• Checking off invoices and passing them onto the accounts department
• Buying stationary
• Booking couriers and postal duties
• Assisting with events such as sales, parties
• Answering phones and other ad hock duties such as taking out the bins and dishes etc
• Provide support and assistance to other members of the stylestalker team when needed
The skills needed for this role are:
• 2 years of admin experience in a corporate or similar environment
• High level of organisation
• Ability to present information in a logical manner
• High level of computer literacy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Good phone manner
• Applicants with NSW drivers license and car will be highly regarded
• Only applicants with a valid Australian work visa will be considered
